Joseph L. Werntz

Born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Mr. Werntz has practiced law with Moses, Dunn, Farmer & Tuthill, P.C. since graduating from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1981. A large part of his practice focuses on title insurance claims, real estate law, business transactions and related litigation. He has served as President of the Firm since 1993 and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the New Mexico State Bar. Outside of the Firm, Mr. Werntz serves on the boards of New Mexico Christian Legal Aid, Inc., Albuquerque Rescue Mission, CareNet Pregnancy Center of Albuquerque and as a Children's Leader in a local Bible Study Fellowship program. He enjoys playing golf when not coaching his daughters' basketball and soccer teams.
