Victor E. Carlin

Mr. Carlin joined the Firm in 1978 after graduating seventh in his law school class. His practice includes litigation and problem resolution in the areas of creditors' rights, debtor-creditor workouts, banking, probate litigation, business, commercial and real estate law. He is the author of several articles on creditors' rights published in the New Mexico Bankers Digest. Mr. Carlin is a Judge Advocate in the Air National Guard. He served in Vietnam as a Marine helicopter pilot and in Desert Storm as an Army National Guard pilot.

Born in Columbus, Ohio, April 14, 1947; admitted to bar, 1978, New Mexico and U.S. District Court, District of New Mexico; 1979, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; 1993, U.S. Court of Military Appeals. Education: University of Colorado at Boulder (B.A., 1969); University of Toledo (J.D., cum laude 1978).
