EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ms. Lynch graduated from Hope Christian High School in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Ms. Lynch graduated Cum Laude from the University of New Mexico in 2003 with a B.B.A. concentrating on Finance Management from the Robert O. Anderson School of Business and a minor in Economics. Before enrolling in law school, Ms. Lynch worked for the Honorable Senator Pete V. Domenici in Washington, D.C. Ms. Lynch was awarded her Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Indiana in May of 2006. While in law school she worked as a clerk for a judge in the Cook County Circuit Court in Chicago, Illinois, she also served as an extern for the Department of Homeland Security in Chicago, and she worked in the Porter County, Indiana Prosecutor's Office. Ms. Lynch joined Moses, Dunn, Farmer & Tuthill, P.C. in 2006.

REAL ESTATE

Ms. Lynch is experienced in drafting real estate transactions, drafting covenants, dealing with easements and restrictions, representing homeowners associations, conducting research related to complicated real estate transactions and representing clients in real estate litigation in front of the Real Estate Commission and in court.

• Homeowner's Associations: Ms. Lynch has worked with many different homeowner's associations in representing the associations from the inception of the association, with drafting the covenants and by-laws to enforcing the covenants, amending covenants, and advising the associations on their rights as an association.
• Transactions: Ms. Lynch handles a wide variety of real estate transactions, including the drafting of real estate purchase documents, reviewing real estate transaction documents and construction agreements, drafting and reviewing mortgages, notes, promissory notes, deeds, easements, covenants, and forming homeowner's associations.

ESTATE PLANNING/PROBATE

Ms. Lynch is experienced drafting trusts, wills, power of attorney documents and advanced health care directives to meet the needs of her clients. In addition, Ms. Lynch can assist clients in choosing the complex estate planning tool that will protect them from probate and potential estate taxes and will assist clients with leaving family members in the best possible situation after the loss of a family member. In addition, Ms. Lynch is experienced in handling probates and represents clients in probate litigation matters.

COLLECTIONS

Ms. Lynch has experience with representing corporate clients and individuals with collections. From lawsuits for non-payment or disputes revolving around missed payments, Ms. Lynch assists her clients in advocating on their behalf to make them whole. Ms. Lynch has experience with lien filings and mechanics liens and will pursue collection through litigation if the lien is not satisfied. Ms. Lynch with assertively pursue the rights of her clients by collecting on delinquent accounts through litigation and post judgment enforcement, including garnishments and writs of execution.

BUSINESS FORMATIONS

Ms. Lynch handles a wide variety of business formations from limited liability companies to corporations to non-profit corporations. Ms. Lynch represents her clients in choosing the best business entity to suit their needs, drafts the documents and takes care of the filing requirements with both the state and federal government. Ms. Lynch monitors her clients' businesses to make sure that her clients are in compliance with state and federal laws.

BANKING FINANCE

Ms. Lynch has experience with representing federally-chartered banks, credit unions, state banks as well as commercial finance companies, insurance companies, and other financial services companies. Ms. Lynch represents these financial institutions in everything from collection matters, mortgages and bank foreclosures, secured and unsecured lending and credit transactions, origination and related customer issues, priority disputes for lenders and on behalf of junior lienholders and mortgagees in priority disputes and foreclosures, negotiating and drafting loan workouts and evaluating and documenting commercial real estate transactions. Additionally, Ms. Lynch defends financial institutions in complex litigation matters. Ms. Lynch will continue to represent her clients when they are presented with customers in default and bankruptcy situations.

TITLE INSURANCE

Ms. Lynch has experience in prosecuting and defending title claims on behalf of individuals and pursuant to a defense provided by title insurance policies. She assists her clients with quiet title suits, disputes regarding the application and enforcement of covenants, lien disputes, notices of lis pendens, prosecution and defense of claims for access and easements, boundary disputes and land use.
