Attorney
Mr. Tucker is a fourth generation New Mexican. He graduated from New Mexico State University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He then received his Juris Doctorate from the University of New Mexico Law School in 1997. He practiced law for one year with another firm before joining the Moses Law Firm in 1998, and became a shareholder of the firm in 2003. He practices in the area of general and complex civil litigation, document and contract preparation in commercial law, collections and real estate law. He has extensive experience in the landlord tenant area of law, both commercial and residential. In that area, he has experience in all aspects of Fair Housing law, contract review and preparation, evictions and collection work. Mr. Tucker is the Firm’s representative at the New Mexico Apartment Association.
