Bankruptcy (Creditors’ Rights)

Despite the "bankruptcy reform" legislation enacted in October of 2005, bankruptcy continues to be a challenge that lenders, commercial landlords and businesses must face. Predictably, downturns in the economy bring increases in business bankruptcies. We can provide creditors with cost-effective legal assistance and guidance through the bankruptcy process, as well as attempt to help creditors avoid pitfalls and maximize their recovery.

As a firm policy, the Moses Law Firm is not a "debt relief agency" as set forth in 11 U.S.C. Ssection 101 (124) and 528. Accordingly, the firm has adopted a policy and its lawyers do not advise or represent consumers in filing petitions for bankruptcy relief for the purpose of discharging consumer debt.
