Mr. Frank graduated with honors from Arizona State University College of Law in 2003. Mr. Frank became licensed in Arizona the same year and began work as a litigation attorney at The Hassett Law Firm in Phoenix, Arizona. While at The Hassett Law Firm, Mr. Frank maintained an active litigation practice focused on litigating insurance disputes. In 2009 and 2010, Mr. Frank became licensed in New Mexico and the Navajo Nation and extended his practice to include Native American Law. Mr. Frank also extended his civil litigation practice to business, banking, wrongful death, and employment disputes. In 2010, Mr. Frank moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, and joined the Moses Law Firm. Mr. Frank is now President of the Moses Law Firm and is available to assist clients with their business and litigation needs in New Mexico, Arizona, and the Navajo Nation.
Community Service
Mr. Frank actively served as a mentor in the Big Brothers and Sisters of Central Arizona from 2000 to 2007. Mr. Frank also served as Assistant Director to the Homeless Legal Assistance Project during law school. Mr. Frank and his wife, Taunya McCabe Frank, actively support New Mexico’s children and served as licensed resource parents from 2018 to 2024. Mr. Frank is a board member for Native American Professional Parent Resource, Inc. (NAPPR), which provides early intervention services to families with young children in New Mexico and Native American communities that share borders with New Mexico.
Insurance
Mr. Frank has defended insurance agent liability claims in all phases of litigation for several years. Mr. Frank also assists insurance companies, consumers, and businesses with insurance coverage disputes.
Employment Law
Mr. Frank’s employment law practice includes representing employers in administrative and civil litigation arising from wrongful termination allegations. Mr. Frank also assists employers in mitigating the risk of employment litigation by advising them on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Native American Law
Mr. Frank represents clients operating in the Navajo Nation and assists them with their business needs and litigation matters in tribal courts and administrative agencies. This includes helping employers comply with the unique aspects of the Navajo Preference in Employment Act.
General Civil Litigation
Mr. Frank has experience representing clients in civil litigation, including employment disputes, professional negligence, insurance, wrongful death, banking, and business litigation.
