Ms. Meagle joined the Moses Firm in 2016, bringing to the Firm her twenty (20) years of legal experience. Her practice includes representation of creditors in bankruptcy, general creditors’ rights law, business law (including formation, transactions, and disputes), commercial litigation, real estate, contracts, estate planning, probate and general civil litigation. She regularly represents small businesses and also handles business reorganizations, both in and out of bankruptcy. Ms. Meagle is the only attorney in New Mexico certified as a Creditors’ Rights Specialist by the American Board of Certification (sponsored by the American Bankruptcy Institute), having been certified in 2008 and recertified in 2013. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Mexico Bar Association [Bankruptcy Section (Board of Directors, 2009-2014, Secretary, 2010; Chair, 2013)], the Albuquerque Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
