Wan Erh Chen

Ms. Chen earned her bachelor’s degree in international business management from The University of New Mexico in 2017. She attended National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, where she studied Economics during her junior year. Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Chen attended the University of New Mexico School of Law and Anderson School of Management, where she graduated with her J.D. and MBA in 2021. During her time in law school, she participated in several student organizations. She was a member of The Business Law Society and Treasurer of the Immigration Student Law Society. Ms. Chen participated in the Economic Justice Clinic, where she represented income-qualified adults and companies with civil concerns such as landlord-tenant disputes, employment rights, bankruptcy, and incorporation of business.

Prior to joining Moses Law Firm, Ms. Chen worked as an Associate Attorney for several well-respected civil litigation firms in Albuquerque that specialized in Medical Malpractice and Insurance Defense with intensive litigation demands. At her current practice, she focuses on general civil litigation and probate and trust administration. She also represents businesses in transactional, contract, and employment matters.

Outside of the office, Ms. Chen enjoys traveling, snowboarding, cooking, and visiting local restaurants.
